HR AI Assistant Terms of Use Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the HR AI Assistant, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

The HR AI Assistant provides information and answers to basic HR-related questions for Impact and DOT Security employees. This service is intended to offer general guidance and support. This service is not intended to provide authorization for requests that need to be communicated to Impact’s / DOT Security’s Human Resources Department, such as requests for accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act, or to report instances of misconduct or harassment. If you have any requests, questions, or concerns that should be or must be answered by or responded to by a human decision-maker, please make such inquiry to the appropriate individual.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the HR AI Assistant responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and company policies, including those outlined in the specific Impact / DOT Security Employee Handbook that you signed. The service is provided for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional HR advice.

4. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, the HR AI Assistant may not always reflect the most current HR policies or regulations. Users should verify any critical information with the HR department.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide while using the HR AI Assistant will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our IT Technology Policy.

6. Limitations of Liability

The company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the HR AI Assistant. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the HR AI Assistant service at any time without notice. Any changes to these terms will be communicated to users in a timely manner.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from the use of the HR AI Assistant will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Chicago, Illinois.
